Location: Austin, TX – Travel-Heavy Position
We’re hiring for a two-man crew to install athletic equipment across Texas.
Lead Man Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Strong leadership, preparedness, and organizational skills
Efficient communication skills—clear and concise interaction with crew, clients, and stakeholders is essential
Extensive driving to all points in Texas (travel-heavy, with days away from Austin)
Robust construction background with experience using a wide variety of hand and power tools
Work indoors and outdoors, at heights on lifts, and some underground tasks
Self-motivated, articulate, respectful, and professional in complex construction settings
Comfortable working on or near active school campuses or schools under construction
Takes pride in appearance and work quality
Head Installer Requirements:
Starting Pay: $30 per hour (time and a half for hours over 40/week)
50–70 hours per week
Over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
Physically fit, able to carry 75+ lbs comfortably
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and experience hauling bumper-attached trailers
Reliable transportation to Austin-based office
Must pass background and drug tests
OSHA 30 certification required within first few months
